PT. Taka Turbomachinery Indonesia , an ISO 9001 - 2008 Quality System Certified Company, is a private Indonesia company providing services for rotating equipment services such as : Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Pump, Centrifugal Compressor, and other related equipment services.

From small scale operation in 1997, the company has grown into a wide scale company with mission " Comitment to the excellence ". At the present the company's shops cover an area more than 7000 square meters, employee more than 120 worker, with wquipment and facilities for lathe machines with large capacity up to 5 meter diameter, overhead travelling crane up to 80 ton weight capacity, high precision of Schenck balancing up to 32 Ton rotor weight capacity, HVOF coating machine, portable post weld heat treatment machine, CNC milling machine, On site lathe machine, NDT & special inspection equipment, vertical turning lathe up to 3,8 meter diameter.

Located in Bandung, West Java the company has good accessibility for customer as and resources of technology

CAPABILITIES

Full Inspection Services

With fully-trained and certified inspectors who are familiar with rotating equipment, we have 

in-house and on-site capabilities for NDT inspection as well as full inspection services for rotating equipment. All inspection and repair s are documented in our "Turbodoc " report

Repair and Refurbishment 
We offer service to many industries various from small to large size of Gas and steam turbine, steam turbine reblading, centrifugal compressor, HVOF coating, special welding process such as TIG, MIG, SAW,  Arc welding and oxy fuel welding. All those services can be carried out in our facility by our qualified and certificate welders

Dynamic Balancing & Vibration Analysis

Our shop facilities is equipped with latest generation of Schenck Balancing machine in-shop and on-site balancing equipment, and also we have capability to execute both of jobs in-shop and on-site works

Field Service

We have trained our field service crew to work in international standard of health and safety. It will help the customers to reduce their planned downtime by supporting their turn arround and plant outages

Engineering Services
In every services, we provide an engineer dedicated to ensure all necessary technical requirement are met. Our engineer will developed customized repair procedure and schedule to meet your specific requirements. We can assist with state of the art analysis such as reverse engineering, root cause failure analysis, material analysis and evaluation.
